Monthly Gate Service
Overview
ARK3PS' monthly gate service is a high-end service that serves as an all-in-one package to provide a headache and hassle-free experience to any association looking to secure their community to the best of their ability. Included in our one-of-a-kind gate service is access to unlimited service calls, 24/7 emergency call-outs for gates without egress, monthly equipment checks, and the upkeep of any preexisting access control service or hardware already on site.
OUR ONE-OF-A-KIND MONTHLY GATE SERVICE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING KEY SERVICES:
- Unlimited Service Calls per month for any issue regarding the main components of the access system and it's functionality.
- Regular Service Calls are responded to within 24 Hours, Monday thru Friday from 8am to 6pm, Evening and Weekend Emergency call outs are also covered under this agreement but only apply for a Gate that will not open and will not allow Access or Egress, all other types of after hours or weekend service calls are responded to next Business day, unless an After Hours/Weekend Extended Agreement is in Place.
- Monthly Equipment and gate checks to insure proper Maintenance Service and operation, Inspection of all Lines and conduit, Grease Gate Hinges as needed and inspection of Hardware.
- No Labor or Equipment charges for replacement of Equipment that is Still under Manufacture Warranty.
- Discounted Labor rate of $50.00 per Service Hour for Equipment replacement that is not covered under Manufacture Warranty or due to Accidental Damage of any type.
- Discount of 20% off MSRP of all replaced Equipment not covered under Manufacture
Warranty.
What is not Included in this Service:
- Accidental Damage of Any Type to Equipment, Gates, Electrical Components or any Part of the Gate system damaged by Accident. The service Contract Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
- Acts of God Damage to any Component of the Entire Gate System, Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
- Acts of Terrorism Damage to any Component of the Entire Gate System, Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
- Acts of Nature Damage to any Component of the Entire Gate System, Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
- Acts of Intentional Damage to any Component of the Entire Gate System, Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
- Acts of Criminal Damage to any Component of the Entire Gate System, Discounted Hourly Rate and Parts will apply for repairs.
-If Client has Requested an After hours and Weekend Emergency Call out add on for any Gate Issues. Any Service Calls made after Normal Service Hours or on Weekends or Holidays will be billed an extra $70.00 per call out in addition to the Regular Monthly Billing.
